Just six months after opening, their industry peers are giving them props, and while they’ve already started bringing in the accolades, the atmosphere is down-to-earth. Here, you can enjoy both laid-back neighborhood vibes and next-level cocktails. Leading the charge are bartenders Colin Edie and Sam Mangabu, who bring experience from the likes of Ruby and Lidkoeb. At The House of Machines, the cocktail menu ranges from the classics to ultra-creative new takes, each made with specially selected spirits. Should you be in the mood for something else, they’ve also got a solid lineup of natural wines as well as Gamma and Dry & Bitter beer flowing from the taps.

Taste a frozen Peach & Vanilla Daiquiri with Plantation 3 Stars rum, vanilla, peach nectar, and lime juice. Drink a decadent Biscoff Old Fashioned with Biscoff fat-washed Michter’s bourbon, sherry, banana, chocolate, and bitters. Explore their selection of beers on tap from Gamma and Dry & Bitter, or get a glass of natural wine. Treat yourself to freshly shucked oysters as a perfect drink pairing.
